Bureau Tour Planning Services
The Chicago Southland Convention & Visitors Bureau has a multitude of services to help you plan the most entertaining tour possible for your group's particular interests. Here's just a sampling of how we can help:

• Itinerary Planning
  We will help plan your group's itinerary from start to finish. Services include: accessing group rates from area hotels, meal planning, cultural/recreational activities, ground transportation and step-on guides.

• Familiarization Tours & Site Tours
  Familiarization tours for group planners are conducted to promote the Chicago Southland area. These programs are generally offered in cooperation with other Chicagoland convention and visitors bureaus to ensure the broadest possible "Chicago Experience" within a limited time frame. The Chicago Southland Convention & Visitors Bureau is happy to facilitate services and planning for group travel planners on an individual basis.

• Visitor Information Centers
  Illinois Bureau of Tourism Visitor Information Centers are located in two Chicago Southland rest areas off I-57 in Monee. Guests may visit these centers at their leisure and secure information about hotels, attractions, cultural organizations, restaurants and activities.

• Brochure, Video and Slide Distribution
  A variety of brochures, videos, slides and electronic files for individuals and groups are provided upon request to tour planners. These brochures contain information on hotels, attractions, cultural organizations, restaurants and activities in the Chicago Southland area.
