Side Street American Tavern in Tinley Park, IL was featured on Chicago's Best which is a show that encourages visiting top eateries in-and-around our area. This episode was raving about the fantastic Cola Braised Volcano Pork Shank complete with mashed potatoes and Carolina mopping sauce that is a regular item on the menu at Side Street American Tavern. It's simply amazing how they add their special touch that drives the locals wild. You need to check it out.

Maple Tree Inn in Homewood was featured on Check, Please! and is a place where once inside you will feel like you were transported to New Orleans and can linger with a craft beer while you nosh on jalapeño cheddar cheese cornbread fritters, fried green tomato napoleon, crawfish chowder, jambalaya and other N’awlins cuisine.
