Lansing, IL The Chicago Southland Convention & Visitors Bureau awarded $7,500 through the CVBs Local Tourism Matching Grant Program to help promote the upcoming Matteson Family Days June 29-30, 2012, near the Matteson Village Hall.
The event will be formatted for family fun and will include The Great 8K Race on June 29th, entertainment for families, and a trackless train. The grant from the Chicago Southland CVB will cover a portion of the cost to advertise this event on Radio Disney, reaching families across the Chicagoland area and beyond.
