Featuring over 60 antique dealers, visitors to the Three Sisters Antique Mall in Blue Island will find vintage clothing, jewelry, collectibles, furniture, stained glass and more. In 2021, Three Sisters celebrated their 25th anniversary and currently houses two floors full of treasures that will keep you busy for hours. Lillian’s Antiques is located just steps away, and features carefully selected vintage clothing, hats, shoes and jewelry. This curated shop is known for its wide array of quality clothes, plus an assortment of rare and unusual finds.
Head on over to Crete for Vintage Treasures, a quaint shop that is bigger than it looks! With several rooms to explore and many shelves full of unique treasures, this shop is aptly named.
Stroll through the picturesque Old Orland Historic District and stop into Anna B’s Antiques n’ Things, located inside a charming, former residential home. The space is packed full of one-of-a-kind trinkets, such as antique home décor, fine China, books and more. Jewelry lovers will appreciate Pam Benson Antiques & Fine Jewelry, also located in the Old Orland neighborhood. Beautiful rings, necklaces, brooches, bracelets and watches fill the display cases. Plus, other antiques are in stock throughout the store make this a great place for all treasure hunters.
In the middle of historic downtown Frankfort sits Redtail Market. This quaint shop is a vintage boutique. Redtail Market carries clothing, jewelry, handmade pieces, farmhouse-style accessories and décor, refurbished furniture, gifts, soaps, candles and more. While visiting Frankfort, be sure to stop in to the surrounding boutiques and gift shops that can also be found in the historic neighborhood.
Vinyl collectors won’t want to miss Conservatory Vintage & Vinyl in Flossmoor. This carefully curated shop specializes in rare, pre-owned vinyl records as well as premium mid-century furniture and home décor. A distinctive boutique, Conservatory’s goal is to inspire customers and make an impact on the surrounding community, while fostering the love of preserving vintage items.
Don’t forget to check out the annual Dead Drop Vintage Fest at Thornton Distilling Company. The festival will take place every summer and will feature local vendors selling goods such as clothing, artwork and even unique, vintage oddities.
