On-Site Event Services

On-Site Services are the services that Visit Chicago Southland can provide to your group during your event in the Chicago Southland.

Corporate Social Responsibility
Visit Chicago Southland can coordinate a donation drop off for your event (i.e. eyeglasses, canned food, ink cartridges, cell phones, clothes, etc.) or assist in finding a local community service project (min. 15 business days notice).

Executive Gift Basket
A basket containing Chicago Southland regional items can be presented to the meeting planner, dignitary or executive of your choice (50 total room nights are required).

Literature
We will provide you with complimentary copies of our printed materials including: Visitors Guides, Travelers Maps, Coupon Books, Festivals & Events Guides and Public Transportation Brochures.

Name Badges
Self-adhesive or hanging name badges with the Chicago Southland logo are complimentary to groups booked through Visit Chicago Southland. A minimum of 50 room nights booked is required for Visit Chicago Southlandu to print attendees’ names on the badges (min. 15 business days notice). Names need to be submitted in an Excel format.

Official Greeting
We can arrange for a welcome letter and/or welcome by a local dignitary (min. 30 days notice).

Plastic Bags
Visit Chicago Southland has plastic bags (11.5"x15") available for registration packets or information distribution.

Profile Sheets (Electronic)
Customized profile sheets can be provided in a .pdf format and include important information such as nearby pharmacies, grocery stores, dry cleaners, laundromats, etc.

Registration Assistance
Registration assistance can be provided to all groups booked through Visit Chicago Southland (min. 50 total room nights booked and 30 days notice). This service is based on staff availability with a four-hour limit.

Table Tent Cards
Customized table tent cards (8-1/2" x 11" single-fold) are available (min.15 business days notice).

Welcome Signage
Visit Chicago Southland can provide you with the following signage options for diplay at your event:

• Promotional Sign - rectangular, glossy paper 47.25”w x 12” h (min. 50 room nights and 15 business days notice)
• Signboard - foam core board 2’ x 3’ (min. 100 room nights and 15 business days notice)
• Customized Welcome Banner – durable vinyl with grommets 8’ x 3’ (min. 100 room nights and 15 business days notice)

All welcome signage will contain the Visit Chicago Southland logo. Clients can receive ONE signage option only and will need to provide graphics (high resolution) and copy 15 business days prior to the event.
