Chicago Southland CVB welcomes new Director of Finance and Administration

Lansing, Ill. – The Chicago Southland Convention & Visitors Bureau has hired Mike Hoffman as the new Director of Finance and Administration.

Mokena resident Hoffman joins the Chicago Southland CVB team with experience managing the finance and administrative functions of companies that were concentrated on the real estate and professional services industries. Hoffman is a degreed accountant and a CPA, with a master’s degree in business administration.

“I am excited to learn a new industry and work with an organization that improves the vitality and economic viability of the Chicago Southland region, which is an area I have called home my entire life,” Hoffman said.

“I am pleased that Mike is joining our team here at the CVB,” said President/CEO Jim Garrett. “Mike is a very talented individual and he will make an excellent employee whose work will contribute towards the long-range objectives of the CVB.”

The Chicago Southland Convention & Visitors Bureau is the official destination management and marketing organization for Chicago’s 63 south and southwest suburbs.
